There are a very wide variety of weight loss drugs on the market today and they all claim to be the miracle cure. But, which ones actually work?

A few people at my office have tried a drug called Phentermine and they say it works better than any weight loss or appetite suppression pill they have ever used. One woman I work with actually lost about 70 pounds using it.
