I recently visited a new dentist and after filling out the paperwork, I laid back in the chair awaiting an extraction on a tooth that was a pain in the you-know-what. Just as the dentist was about to do start the extraction, his receptionist walked in and stopped the proceedings informing him that my insurance didn’t cover that. Would you believe that the dentist only prescribed painkillers and then sent me on my way? Would it have killed him to do a good deed for someone and extract that tooth? Karma is a bitch.
