Lately I have been reading about various online property management software and theres one that I am really interested in trying. It’s called Buildium. My girlfriend and I are thinking about taking out a loan and buying an apartment building to rent out. We need some software that will allow us to track tenants, notify us when leases are getting ready to expire and generate various reports such as payment history and delinquency. Buildium seems like the right choice. Their price is nice at just over $200 per year for the services we would require.
