Ferrari Parts and Accessories

Friday, November 5th, 2010

For as long as I could remember, I’ve always owed a Ferrari. What can I say? I just love them. But sometimes while buying them is easy if you have the cash, but, getting Ferrari parts and accessories can be a challenge. That was until I found this really cool site online where you can get everything from gasket sets to engines and even steering wheels. It helps that the price is right, too.

Free Car Insurance Quotes

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

I’ve been shopping around to see what kind of car insurance quotes I could get on my Grand Prix and I found a website that gives you multiple insurance quotes free of charge. A few websites that I went to had a form you had to fill out, then at the very end, it would ask how you wanted to pay for your quotes. The website was OnlineAutoInsurance.com. I think I’ll probably end up going through them for my wife’s car insurance as well.

GPS Unit is a Real Time Saver

Friday, August 8th, 2008

I changed jobs a couple of months ago. I was getting tired of how my last job was being managed. Everyone’s hours were always being changed and they were constantly being moved from one department to another. When asking for a raise, nobody ever was able to get one. I have always had a job where I worked inside. My new job involves a lot of driving to different areas, towns and places. Many of the places I was having to drive to were not familiar to me. I was constantly having to read a map, look it up on the internet or ask someone for directions. I, then, decided to buy a portable GPS unit for my truck. It makes it so much easier and faster now. All I have to do now is enter the address I am driving to and it tells me exactly how to get there. I don’t know how I lived this long without a GPS unit in my vehicle.

Specializing in Mustang Accessories

Wednesday, July 9th, 2008

My nephew recently was having a birthday party for his 21st birthday. There were over twenty five people invited. Everyone was bringing alcohol, gag gifts and clothing to the party. Nobody really had any idea what to get him. My wife and I were having problems deciding, as well. We shopped and shopped in malls, stores, specialty stores and many other places. He had bought himself a new mustang just a few months prior to his birthday, so we even shopped for something to get him for his new mustang. It seemed as though everything we saw, he already had. Other items we saw were things he already said he didn’t want. He was so proud of his new car so we wanted to buy something to help him customize it, but just didn’t know what. Finally, we found a store that specialized strictly in Mustang accessories. It was many miles away from where we live, but decided to drive there anyway. After speaking to the sales person about the gift we were trying to find, he suggested a gift certificate. He explained how the store can special order a lot of items that people were looking for. They even had a catalog that we could take, to put with the gift certificate. My nephew could order what he wanted out of the catalog, if he saw something he wanted, instead of driving to the store. We finally found the gift we wanted and bought it. When he opened it at the party, he was so excited. He loved what we gave him. He was ready to go shopping with it right then. We never knew there was a store that specialized in Mustang accessories only. We were so glad we found it. By going there and purchasing a gift certificate, it ended up being his favorite gift. Since he worked long hours, he used the certificate to order out of the catalog and ended up getting several items that he saw that he had never seen before. We came to the conclusion that sometimes it pays to shop at a store that specializes in one specific item, instead of a store that sells many different styles and items.

Chrome Accessories For His Dodge Charger

Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008

A friend of mine recently purchased several chrome accessories for his Dodge Charger. He picked up a T-Rex Hybrid Mesh Grille, some ncie chrome door handles, chrome fender trim, chrome tail light bezels, a chrome gas cap and a pair of chrome fender vents. I didn’t think that the chrome extras would really make the car pop like it did. The car really looks nice now. I’m jealous.

Car Insurance Isn’t Cheap

Monday, March 31st, 2008

When my cousin turned 16 years old, he got his driver’s license. Shortly after that, his parents bought him a car. It was an older 1989 Oldsmobile, so they thought the car insurance would be very cheap. This is the only child they had, so they had never priced it before, for a teenager. When getting quotes, they found out how expensive it can be to get car insurance for a teenager. It is very expensive. They were told it was more expensive for a girl than a boy, when they are first starting to drive. After calling several Insurance Companies, they found it was best to compare prices and found one that best fit their budget, which was much lower than some of the others.

Purchase Car Insurance Online

Thursday, March 20th, 2008

Many people shop online to purchase their auto insurance, and often find the cheapest price there. The main problem purchasing online auto insurance is you usually never end up getting all the complete facts and coverage information about the quoted policy before purchasing. Many times you never even end up getting to talk to a personal insurance agent in person. You have to take care of all your business over the telephone. It is best to see all the facts in person, on paper, before deciding.

Cheap Chrysler 300 Accessory Package

Sunday, January 27th, 2008

A friend of mine drives a nice looking Chrysler 300. He recently picked up a Chrysler 300 accessory package from a local shop going out of business. He got a brand new replacement grill, some nice head lights, some accents for the inside of the car and a bunch of other stuff for a very nice price. I told him he should try and sell the stuff on eBay or something but he’s going to keep it and put it on her car.

More Craigslist and eBay Scammers

Wednesday, September 12th, 2007

After my post a while back regarding the Craigslist and eBay car scam, I was browsing through Craigslist looking for more cheap cars and came across several of them. After contacting a few of the sellers, they all replied with the same type of email as the other scammer! They all claimed they lived in another country and that they would use eBay as the middle man. I guess this scam is alot more common than I thought. Everyone should use caution when buying a vehicle online, especially when it’s not in your local area where you can pick it up and pay in person.

New Radar Detector

Friday, May 11th, 2007

I got a new radar detector for my truck yesterday. My company paid for it since I do alot of driving for them and I have recieved a few speeding tickets while on the job.

They told me to pick out the one I want, buy it and theyll give me the money for it. So, I did. I got the Passport 9500i made by Escort.

It works great and it has the potential to save alot of money, if you compare it to the price of speeding tickets now days.

You can read more information and check out the features it has at EscortRadar.com.
