In case you haden’t heard, Bam Margera’s uncle, Vincent “Don Vito” Margera, who was a popular character on the MTV series “Viva La Bam” has been sentenced in the case that involved him ‘groping’ three young girls, ages 12 to 14 during an autograph signing at a skate park last year. He was sentenced to 10 years to life of intensive supervised probation and was told that he can no longer portray his ‘character’ and appear on television, sign autographs or write a book about his experience.
Don Vito must also undergo mental health and substance abuse evaluations and register as a sex offender. He faces an additional 12 counts of allegedly violating his bonds. He was given permission to travel to Pennsylvania for the holiday season but he must then return to Colorado as part of his probation.
The new movie “Mr. Brooks” starring Kevin Costner, Demi Moore and Dane Cook looks great. It is a different type of role for both Dane Cook and Kevin Costner, so it will be interesting to see how they both portray their characters in this crime thriller. From what I’ve seen on the trailer, they both did a great job. This role is especially different for Dane Cook, as he has always been a comedian and comedic actor.
I’ve always been a huge fan of Dane Cook. I think he’s a brilliant comedian and I believe he has great potential as a dramatic actor after seeing this trailer.

“An accidental overdose of prescription drugs killed former reality TV star and Playboy playmate Anna Nicole Smith, Seminole tribal police Chief Charlie Tiger said Monday.
Tiger said the case was now closed.
“We are convinced, based on extensive review of the evidence, that this case is an accidental overdose with no other criminal element present,” Tiger said at a news conference announcing Smith’s autopsy results.

I had Tivo‘d this and forgot all about it until this morning. Finally had a chance to watch it and it was very good. Chris talks about his childhood, growing up in the ghetto, losing his father at an early age and much more. He even thanks white people for beating him up when he was younger and raises his glass in a toast “to white hate”, which i thought was hilarious and so did most of the people there.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, California (AP) — Paris Hilton was cited for driving on a suspended license after police stopped her for speeding and driving without her headlights on late Tuesday, authorities said.
The hotel heiress and star of “The Simple Life” reality series was pulled over on Sunset Boulevard in her blue Bentley Continental GTC at 11 p.m., said Sgt. Duane Allen Jr. of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
She was on her way home from buying DVDs at Virgin Megastore in West Hollywood after spending the day at home for a photo shoot, her publicist, Elliot Mintz, said.
Hilton, 26, was issued a ticket for driving on a suspended license, a misdemeanor, and released. A court date was not immediately set.
She was alone and there was no sign of drinking or drugs, Allen said.
Mintz said Hilton didn’t realize the car’s headlights weren’t on because she had just left a parking structure that was brightly lit. She was told by police she was stopped for not having the headlights turned on. Speeding was not mentioned, Mintz said.
“When she called me, she asked if her license was suspended,” Mintz said early Wednesday. “If that’s the case, she and I are unaware of it.”
Hilton was picked up by a friend and taken home after the incident. Her car was impounded.
In January, Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving stemming from her September 7 arrest in Hollywood. She was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. That case was reduced from an original charge of driving under the influence.
