Investing In A Fast Food Franchise

One of the guys that I work with recently invested some of his savings into a fast food franchise. He mentioned the franchise opportunity to me and thought that I might be interested. I really wish that I had the money to invest with him. I’ve been reading about fast food franchises and they all seem to make pretty good money. Hopefully I can get into something like that in the near future.

I’m Investing in Real Estate

About a week ago I mentioned wanting to invest into some real estate. Well, I talked to my girlfriend’s father and he and I are going to be starting our own little real estate project. I’m pretty good with my hands so I can fix houses up that need it and he’s got money so he can easily buy some properties so we can fix them up and sell them. I won’t be making as much as him from the start since he’s going to be staking me at first. Once i can afford to go in half and half with him we will both be making some nice money.

Market Research Surveys

I was walking through the mall the other day with my girlfriend and there were some people asking if anyone would be interested in participating in market research surveys. They offered twenty bucks per person to participate, so me and my girlfriend went ahead and did it. It took about 25 minutes and they paid us in cash. We usually don’t sign up for those surveys, but I’m glad we did this time.

They Put Me In Charge

One of my companies clients recently put me in charge of a few parts of their new advertising campaign. They specifically asked for me. They want me to design some new custom pens that they can give away free to their own customers, they also want me to design a new poster and updated logo for their whole company. I was pretty surprised when the corporate office called me in and handed me the assignment. I hope this is just a sign of many good things to come.

I was looking through the job listings in my local newspaper yesterday and found several people in need of website work and computer repair. I don’t know why I havent paid attention to the job listings and help wanted sections up until now, but I plan on finding plenty of side jobs to earn a little extra cash. Check out your local newspaper, you might be surprised at the jobs available.

Thinking About Getting Into Real Estate

My girlfriends father made the majority of his money nearly 20 years ago when he was a successful real estate broker. He used to deal alot in Phoenix real estate. He has had a great deal of success in real estate and it’s making me want to give it a shot. My girlfriends father said he would loan me the money if I wanted to try it out. I’m not sure if I want to take his money or not, I don’t like that kind of thing being held over my head.
