A friend of mine from work has been talking about investing some of his savings into commercial real estate. I don’t think that I would ever have the guts to invest my money into something like that. He keeps telling me that I should invest with him, but I just don’t think I can bring myself to do it. My girlfriend would probably kill me if I did it anyway.

So my fiance and I started looking around for a small house to purchase to eliminate all the running around after we get married. My girlfriends father made the majority of his money nearly 20 years ago when he was a successful real estate broker. He used to deal alot in Phoenix real estate. He has had a great deal of success in real estate and it’s making me want to give it a shot. My girlfriends father said he would loan me the money if I wanted to try it out. I’m not sure if I want to take his money or not, I don’t like that kind of thing being held over my head.
