I’ve been looking up a bunch of different Thanksgiving recipes lately so I can try and prepare to host my families Thanksgiving dinner this year. The task has been dropped in my lap unexpectedly and I’ve got to find stuff to cook for about 25 people. My normal dinner consists of a Lean Cousine entree and a bag of steamed vegetables, so I really have my work cut out for me. I’m not much of a cook, but I’ve been finding lots of good recipes online, Hopefully everyone will be pleasantly surprised.

For Christmas I’d like some new Nikon binoculars, a Sony Playstation 3 or Microsoft XBox 360, a new video card for my computer with HD-out, a DVD player that can play videos from an SD/SDHC card (I don’t even know if one exists?), a stock pile of CD-R’s and DVD-R’s (I go through them like crazy on my DVR and my video camera), some new lenses for my Panasonic PV-GS320 3CCD video camera, a new Linksys Wireless G router (mine has been acting up lately) and a bunch of other stuff I can’t even think of right now. This is just in case Santa Clause reads blogs.

My girlfriend and I were invited to a Halloween party last year. We had no idea what we wanted to dress up to be. We decided to try to shop for something that we could use for Halloween and be able to get use out of it later, to save money. My girlfriend decided to wear something sexy. We went into a lingerie business and shopped for sexy costumes for her. She found some lingerie that could be used for Halloween and then she was able to wear it on other evenings at home.

I am a proud supporter of Soldiers’ Angels. I beleive that they provide a wonderful service by ensuring that our troops receive mail, cards and gifts throughout the year and during the holidays. Some of our troops don’t receive any kind of mail from home and I can’t even imagine what that must feel like, especially through the holiday season. I’m almost done shopping for my girlfriend’s Christmas gifts. I was talking with one of her friends and she told me that my girlfriend was hoping to get some new lingerie for Christmas. I usually get her some new lingerie for out anniversary or her birthday, but I think I’m going to try and find something this year for Christmas. I’ve been looking around on LingerieDiva.com and I really like the looks of some of their chemises. I’m either going to get the Fringe Trim Chemise, the Lace Halter Mini Dress or the Swirl Lace Mini Dress . I might even get them all, since the prices are pretty cheap.

With the holiday season fastly approaching, it’s time to start thinking of some Christmas gift ideas. I’m thinking about picking up a photo on canvas from CanvasOnDemand.com for my girlfriends parents. I’m not sure what I want to get for my girlfriend yet. I know I’ll get her a little jewelry for sure, but I want something else to go along with it.

My girlfriend and I recently received two Wine Gift Baskets (pictured at left) from her parents, which was kind of surprising (they arent too fond of me for some reason).
