I’ve been thinking about replacing my mailbox. I’ve seen a few different mail boxes that look much nicer and even a few that look similar to my home. I’ve always thought those mailboxes that resemble the person’s house look nice. I’ll probbaly endup going with one of the Whitehall mailboxes from Seattleluxe.com. They have some great looking mailboxes and their prices seem pretty reasonable.

A friend of mine has been working on his home theater room for a while now. He recently finished it off with some leather home theater seating. I’m very jealous of his home theater. He’s got a very nice projector with a pull down screen, nice surround sound speakers mounted on the walls all around the room and now he has some nice seating. I’m going to have to finish my theater room off some day.

I’m thinking about picking up one of those vessel sinks like the ones on FaucetDirect.com for our guest bathroom. They really have a unique look to them and I think it would make a nice little conversation piece when we have guests over. They do cost a little more than a traditional sink, but they look so different and I think it may be worth spending a little extra money for one.

I am about to install some new laundry room cabinets for my girlfriend. We just picked up a new washer and dryer so now she really wants to improve the look of our laundry room. I actually enjoy taking on new home improvement projects, so this is perfect for me. The cabinets are actually Wall-Mounted Garage Cabinets, but I’m going to put them in our laundry room. We’re also in the middle of a few other projects. I should be busy for a while.

I’m in the middle of adding some new outdoor lighting to the front and back of my home. I’m adding a couple sets of flood lights with motion censors, a new post light and a couple of scones. I really enjoy being outside at night. The air seems cleaner and the temperature is perfect. Everyone should try and get a little fresh air everyday, but with the ridiculous heat it’s pretty uncomfortable to be outside for very long at a time. You don’t have that problem at night.

I’m about to order some new bathroom faucets for my home bathrooms. I’ve been looking at the selection of faucets on FaucetDirect.com and I think ive found the ones I want. I’m wanting the American Standard 7038.201. I like the style and looks of this particular faucet and I think it will dress my bathrooms up quite a bit. The price is also very nice. I was expecting to have to spend alot more for a nice looking faucet.

A while back a friend of mine added some new home theater seating in the entertainment room of his house. He also purchased one of those projectors and a very nice surround sound setup. It’s almost just like going to the movies, other than the screen being a little smaller. The seats are very comfortable and they even have cupholders built right into the arms just like real movie theater seats.

I picked up some new wood blinds for my office over the weekend after I was over at a co-workers apartment and saw how they made his home office look. I ordered the blinds from BlindsChalet.com and I honestly could not have been happier with them.

The blinds were pretty reasonable in price and are made of excellent quality. I’m thinking about replacing blinds in a few other rooms of my house with them.

My girlfriend and I recently ordered some new home furniture for our living room and bedroom. We purchased 2 nightstands, 1 dresser and a new bed for our bedroom and a new couch, a recliner and a new coffee table with matching end tables for our living room.

We werent sure about buying the new furniture at first, but we decided to go ahead and do it, and I’m glad we did.
