My family was recently planning a reunion, as we do every year. This year, we chose to have it held at our home. We did most of the work to plan, cook and decorate, but others were at our home often to help do other things too. We had most of the daytime activities take place outside. Whoever was still at our home after 8:00 p.m. came inside because it was cooler. Instead of cleaning up afterwards, we all just went into our TV room, which we call our recreation room, to watch a movie. Everyone was very comfortable, and impressed by the home theater seating we have. The seats all have arm rests and built in speakers. We invested a lot of money in the room, but have gotten so much enjoyment and pleasure out of it.

I have been shopping for and pricing new televisions for the past two weeks. I finally found the one I really liked a lot. It was a big screen wall mountable high definition style. I never realized by buying a special wall plate that it would really make any difference at all. After speaking with the salesperson at the store, we decided to also purchase a HDMI wall plate. After getting home, hooking our television up to the HDMI wall plate, it is so unbelievable how clear the reception is and how nice it is to have our TV hanging on the wall in our bedroom.

I recently purchased a small LCD TV and mounted it in my kitchen. My girlfriend has been watching the heck out of it while she cooks and does dishes and other things in the kitchen. I got the television for a very good price from a local electronics store that was going out of business. I wish I would have picked up a few more things before they closed, but It’s too late now.

In case you haden’t heard, Bam Margera’s uncle, Vincent “Don Vito” Margera, who was a popular character on the MTV series “Viva La Bam” has been sentenced in the case that involved him ‘groping’ three young girls, ages 12 to 14 during an autograph signing at a skate park last year. He was sentenced to 10 years to life of intensive supervised probation and was told that he can no longer portray his ‘character’ and appear on television, sign autographs or write a book about his experience.

Don Vito must also undergo mental health and substance abuse evaluations and register as a sex offender. He faces an additional 12 counts of allegedly violating his bonds. He was given permission to travel to Pennsylvania for the holiday season but he must then return to Colorado as part of his probation.

Commercials for WaMu checking accounts have been on television for a while now. I’ve always wondered if they offered free checking accounts in my area but I never really looked into it. I finally looked on their website and they do offer free checking accounts here. They only require $1.00 minimum to open an account, so I’m going to open a free checking account with them sometime this coming week. They have alot of features that my current bank doesnt have, such as free checks and outgoing wire transfers.

Have you ever stayed in one of those condo hotels that you see advertised in magazines and on television? I had the chance to stay in one a couple of years ago and it was nicer than I could have imagined. It was a truely unique experience. The staff were great, the food was great, everything was wonderful. I hope i have to go away on business again soon so I can stay in another one on the companies dime.

Ive been thinking about going on one of those cheap cruises that I always see advertised on television. So far, the best deal I’ve found for cruise packages is on CruiseCheap.com. They have a huge variety of packages to a very wide range of destinations.

I might have to skip that Florida vacation this year and take my girlfriend on a nice cruise down to the caribbean.
